Boundless Care Inc. is looking for warm, dependable, and compassionate Babysitters / Child Caregivers to support families throughout Alameda County.

About the Role:
As a Babysitter / Child Caregiver, you may provide care for children ranging from newborns to school-aged children.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing safe, nurturing, and attentive care in the family’s home.
- Supervising children and ensuring their safety throughout the care session.
- Infant care, including bottle-feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and nap supervision.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, sensory play, crafts, games, and educational activities.
- Following parents’ instructions, household routines, nap schedules, and care preferences.
- Preparing simple meals and snacks and assisting with feeding as needed.
- Helping maintain a clean and organized play or care area.
- Light tidying related to the children and activities completed during the shift.
- Communicating with parents regarding the child’s activities, meals, naps, behavior, or other important observations.
- Providing additional support for children with special needs when appropriate and within your experience level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience caring for children is preferred, including babysitting, nannying, daycare, teaching, tutoring, camp counseling, or caring for younger family members.
- Reliable, attentive, patient, warm, and professional when working with children and families.
- Comfortable following family routines and detailed care instructions.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid SSN.
- TrustLine registration, or willingness to complete the required registration process.
- Valid TB test or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation or dependable access to transportation.
- Flexible or open availability is a plus, as assignments are based on family requests.
- Bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
These are not required, but are a plus:
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers.
- Experience with multiple children or sibling groups.
- Experience with children with special needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Coursework or education related to Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
